Company History

Samuel W. Putnam – CEO

Mr. “Putter”, as he is fondly known, created the designs that are patented processes for ITS, Inc..  William has been the backbone of the family construction businesses for decades where all methods of trenchless technology represented is being used in the field, and being currently designed and manufactured in-house under his supervision.  A visionary and inventor, dedicated to the improvement in design, speed, reliability, and craftsmanship of simply the world’s finest new trenchless pipe installation methods currently  available.

President - David Putnam

David brings to the Team, an artistic, methodical design/create/manufacture approach to the creation of ITS, Inc. equipment.  He currently travels throughout North America, and abroad to complete the necessary material manufacturing and product assembly.  With four years of education at Louisiana Tech University,  and strong background with hands-on construction and manufacturing, David strives to build simply the world’s finest trenchless new trenchless pipe installation equipment.

Vice President - Randall A "Randy" Putnam

Randy, as all of the family members involved in ITS, Inc., and JABAR Corporation grew up in the field of construction, installing water, sewer, and gas utility systems. He holds a degree in Construction Management from ULM, University in Monroe, LA.   He has been honed in all aspects of construction, and now handles all purchasing and scheduling for both companies.

Vice President - John Putnam

John graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Civil Engineering.  He is President of JABAR Corporation, a family company started in 1983 specializing in utility construction.  John has the practical experience of being an equipment operator for the early years of JABAR Corporation.  These skills culminated together, gives Its, Inc. the advantage of real world management for specialized equipment manufacturing.  He now manages the office for ITS, Inc. and takes care of billings and collections.

Vice President - William E. "Bubba" Putnam

Bubba is the youngest of the Putnam family group and has the reputation of getting things done.  He is the job superintendent for JABAR Corporation that takes a new machine and gives it the vita tests.  If he is satisfied with it’s performance, the machine is ready to place in the ITS, Inc. Rental or Sales Fleet.

Steve Moore - Trenchless Methods Estimator

Steve graduated from ULM, University of Monroe, LA, in 1976 with a degree in Construction Management.  He brings to the organization an understanding of how the right combination of equipment and manpower can be coordinated with proper estimating to bring a job to fruition.

Ransom McElroy - Factory Consultant/Sales and Marketing

Randy trained under Jabar Corporation, the first ITS, Inc. Professional Associate Contractor, as one of the first Associate Contractors for equipment leasing.  Developing markets to use these trenchless technologies, created the need for a Factory Representative to introduce new Municipal Customers, Engineers,  and Professional Contractors to the advantages of ITS, Inc. equipment.  From a background in construction, to expanding the current market share for ITS, Inc., another team member available for access concerning ITS, Inc. trenchless methods, design/build of projects, budgeting, training, and equipment leasing and sales.

Office Manager - Nicole
