Ancillary Services – Trenchless Technologies all require secondary specialized services to achieve a professional end result. ITS, Inc. is proud to provide additional professionals in their fields of expertise to complete the tool box for the world of demanding customers. These services and a list of participating professionals are as follows:CCTV Assessment- All Trenchless Technology Pipeline Replacement or Rehabilitation processes require pre/post construction inspections. The project must be laid out during the pre-assessment to exacting specifications, so accurate decisions can be made for project production. A post construction assessment is required to provide the customer with end result condition/as-builts for project close out.
--------------------------------------------------- Manhole Rehabilitation- An important part of the reduction of I/I in a Sewer Replacement or Rehabilitation project is the upgrade of existing manhole conditions. Often a fresh layer of "cementatious" silica fume based mortar will provide adequate conditioning. If Hydrogen Sulfide gases are present, an additional layer of 100% epoxy is desirable. --------------------------------------------------------------------- CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) Pipeline Rehabilitation - Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation Projects are sometimes produced by manufacturing a liner inside of the existing pipeline, using the CIPP method. This process eliminates I/I, and adds years to a pipeline’s longevity.---------------------------------------------------------------------
